Our Call Center Architecture
InteGlo committed to the
delivery world class services to all our customers. Our
voice based processes are delivered using a hosted Concerto
Ensemble Pro (v 5.15) solution with redundant servers that
provide an integrated predictive dialer, ACD, call logger
and IVR. The call center’s voice network uses a 2
Mbps leased line with redundant backbone infrastructure
from Sify Ltd.
