Our data network infrastructure
uses a 1 Mbps leased line with redundant backbone infrastructure
from Sify Ltd., CISCO 2611 Router and DLink Switches with
100/1000 Mbps ports that connects to desktops running Windows
XP Professional. Servers running Windows XP Professional,
Windows 2003, MS Exchange 2003 and MS SQL Server 2005 complete
the set-up. The whole network is protected through high-end
firewall and antivirus products.
While all computers and
network components are powered through an online UPS, a
dedicated generator powers the entire facility in case of
power outages.
